On Thursday 27th April at 2.19pm firefighters rescued a dog from a property on Briar bank in Carlisle.
A spokesman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews gained entry to the property, rescuing a dog.
“All people from the house were accounted for.
“Firefighters, two wearing breathing apparatus, used a hose reel jet to bring the fire under control.
“They then ventilated smoke from the premises.”
